Prestige Glassworks is a family-run window-care studio based in Rochester, serving homes across Monroe County and the surrounding Finger Lakes. We started in 2014 with a single ladder, a handful of neighbors, and a stubborn belief that residential window care had become too rushed and too transactional.
A decade later we're still small on purpose — a tight team of full-time technicians who live in the same towns we serve. We know your school district, your favorite farm stand, and which pane catches the morning sun first.
Every dollar you spend with us stays in greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes. We hire locally, buy from local suppliers, and sponsor youth programs across the region each summer.

Where we work.
Our routes run from Rochester's east-side neighborhoods out through the Finger Lakes and up along the Lake Ontario shoreline. If you're in Monroe, Ontario, or northern Wayne County, we can probably be there by Thursday.
